The unit operates on a 36 MHz UHF tuning range with 1440 selectable frequencies. Frequency selection is entered manually on the unit's menu controls, while a backlit LCD shows essential information. Power and frequency settings can be locked out to avoid accidents. The ULX2/58 comes equipped with the legendary SM58 dynamic capsule, an industry standard for vocal performers and presenters. The capsule features a cardioid polar pattern that minimizes background noise and feedback, and its brightened midrange and bass roll-off gives you that sought-after warm and clear vocal reproduction. 25 dB of adjustable gain allows the mic to accommodate a wide variety of speaking and singing styles.
